We provide coach travel for a large varitey of work - for business, education and leisure to name a few. Working as a driver at Endeavour provides variety every day. To join our driving team you will need excellent driving skills, passionate about delivering great customer service, take pride in looking after our vehicles cosmetically and enjoy working with a large variety of our customers who travel with us.
Suitable applicants must have a valid CPC, Driving License and Digicard.
Bonus Scheme
Upon completion of a probationary period you will be enrolled into our drivers bonus scheme. This scheme rewards good driving, high standards, punctuality, excellent customer service and clean tachographs.

In order to provide the ultimate experience to our customers our vehicles must be kept to the highest standards. As a member of our cleaning team you will be responsible for ensuring once the vehicles return to our depot they are fully valeted before they depart the following day. Before any of our vehicles leave the depot they must be fit for purpose. The Maintenance team are responsible for ensuring our vehicles are kept to the highest standards both costmetically and mechanically, whilst rectifying any defects raised by drivers during their walk-around checks.
Key areas of responsibility include:
6 week inspections
Diagnosing faults using latest diagnostic equiptment
Completing effective mechanical repairs
Completing all relevant documentation to the highest standard
