The seating on the coach is allocated on a first come first serve basis, however upon booking we will ask you your preference against the remaining seats available.
HOW TO BOOK:
It's simple, just give us a call on 0121 326 4994 and one of our professional team will go through it with you step by step. If you would rather we can arrange for one of our team to come and see you for a free consultation at a time to suit you, and of course you can always pop in and see us! DEPOSITS & PAYMENT:
The minimum deposit on our holidays is £50 per person, once you have paid your deposit you will be sent a personal itinerary pack with all your holiday details, along with your booking pack you will receive an invoice to confirm your booking, this document will highlight the remaining balance due on your booking and the payment deadline.
PICK UP INFORMATION:
We like to think that we make your pick up arrangements as hassle free as possible so we have 3 simple pick up methods:
METHOD 1 - OUR FREE DOOR TO DOOR PICK UP SERVICE - You will be picked up right from your door along with your luggage (please check map for eligibility).
METHOD 2 - THE MEETING POINT - You can meet the coach outside our departure point in Birmingham City Centre (St Chad's Cathedral).
METHOD 3 - OUR DEPOT - We can offer free parking at our base in Birmingham just a 5 minute drive from the city centre, although the parking is secure the vehicle will be parked at the owner's risk (limited spaces available).

THE DEPARTURE DAY:
Once you have arrived at the coach your luggage will be attended to and you will be shown to your allocated seat, at this point you can sit back and relax as a member of our team will fetch you a complimentary drink of your choice. You will soon depart to your destination, we aim to arrive around 3 or 4 in the afternoon to allow you to settle in before your evening meal.
BY US: In the unfortunate event that we need to cancel a holiday we will attempt to give you as much notice as possible, in addition to this you will be granted a full refund and a future booking voucher of 5% discount, however should you wish to go on a different holiday with us at a later date we can transfer your booking, again implementing a 5% discount.
BY YOU: Should you have to cancel your booking we will allow a full refund less deposit up to 28 days prior to departure. Should you cancel between 28-14 days we can offer 50% refund less deposit, however should you wish to cancel less than 14 days prior to departure we can offer no refund.
